Virnex can both manage large or small IT projects and fill all the key roles required for a project.  We provide our clients with skilled IT staff for longer-term projects as a service.  

We also have experience in a wide range of roles including Project Manager, Project Director, Project Manager, Product Owner, Solution Analyst, Scrum Master and Team Lead. In addition to individual roles, we can also create a PMO function for a large project, for example, where we occupy all key roles.
